So how do you tell an original Nike Barcelona home shirt (2012) from the 'Grade AA' ones sold in the night market, and spotting someone wearing a ciplak jersey on the street?

1. Look at the stripes.

The original shirt connects the front stripes seamlessly to the back ones. No overlapping, with both the maroon and blue stripes forming a continuous line.

Notice how the stripes run continuously into one another?

2. In case you're planning to buy one yourself, and kinda suspicious whether it is the real deal or not, turn the shirt inside-out. Look at the badge.

'Tots Units Fem Forca' - Together we are strong.

A line from Barcelona's 'Cant del Barca' hymn, the line is imprinted on the insides of the club crest. Also notice the white-ish material for the insides.

So basically these two are most useful to tell apart them Grade AA ones from the real deal. Do tell if you found more ways to tell them apart.
